Benefits

Veolia Transportation provides a competitive benefits program.  We offer flexible plans that give you the opportunity to customize your benefits as soon as you become eligible, and then modify them to suit your personal needs.  

Our benefits vary, based on location and on union contractual requirements. Depending on your specific situation, you may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability or flexible spending accounts.  Some benefits are automatic and fully paid by the company; others are voluntary and require a contribution from you.   We strive to offer competitively priced plans and work hard to negotiate good rates with excellent health care insurance providers. In some cases, we partner with unions and participate in union-sponsored plans. Retirement programs – typically in the form of a 401(k) plan – are offered in some locations, depending on contractual and other legal requirements. These may be offered by the company and or sponsored by unions.
