Our Values and Our Code of Conduct
Our Values and Code of Conduct guide the actions of our people. We have taken great care to define them, because they in turn will define us. Our goal is to have both our Values and Code of Conduct permeate our culture and guide our employees in how they treat our clients, passengers, each other and the planet.
Our Values reflect the high standards we hold ourselves to in every aspect of our business.
The Values of Veolia Transportation are commitment to customers, responsibility, innovation, performance and teamwork. In North America we summarize them as follows: Together We Care: About Customers, Each Other, and the Planet.
We see care as central to everything we do. The care that we show everyday for our passengers, their safety, mobility and comfort, is the heart of the service we provide. Internally, we show our care for each other by listening, building strong teams, supporting each other, and respecting each other's opinions and goals. We show our care for the planet by improving fuel efficiency, green driving, and taking environmentally friendly actions in our offices and facilities. Our caring Values guide our everyday choices.

We have carefully described the expected behaviors that comprise our Values and we are working to communicate and reinforce our Values, and live them in our day-to-day behaviors. Our goal is to have our Values be a deep part of our culture and guide our employees in the choices they make every day.
Our Code of Conduct
How each of us behaves impacts the way we are seen as a whole.
Our Code of Conduct exists to ensure that we observe laws and regulations that affect our work, and articulates a broader set of ethical standards for use in our conduct and decision-making.
The Code of Conduct is part of an overall ethics and compliance program designed to promote and protect our most important company Values. We have conducted ethics training in many of our locations, and continue to roll out the training program across the country.
We manage ourselves and our business with the highest degree of honesty, ethics and integrity. We see this as our legal and moral obligation, a condition of employment, and a source of great strength for us as a company. We are committed to conducting our business as true professionals, treating our customers and employees with respect, and instilling a sense of personal accountability for our actions.
