Our taxi operations provide services to a wide range of corporate clients, including businesses, law firms, investment banks, local governments and school systems, universities, hotels, convention centers, and hospitals. We offer a broad array of services to our clients, including custom credit/debit cards for taxi services, dedicated taxi service, and customized direct billing programs. Many of these systems allow our clients’ employees to use our service without having to pay for the trip. Clients prefer the convenience of direct billing, as well as the ability to monitor who is using taxis and how much is being spent in their organizations.
For hotels, we offer dedicated service, providing available taxis in a queue at all times. At some hotels and major venues, we also manage the “curb.” In these cases, our on-site person dispatches taxis, maintains the flow of vehicles and traffic and provides customer service information. Examples of this type of service include Penn Station and the Greyhound Bus Station in Baltimore, the Downtown Hyatt and Intercontinental in Kansas City and the Pepsi Center and Invesco Field in Denver. In all our cities, we provide and manage taxi stands for major conventions to facilitate the mobility of convention attendees during their stay.
For hospitals like Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, we provide uniformed on-site dispatchers during the week. For leading hospitals in Denver (Denver University Hospital, Exempla, and Lutheran Hospital), we have a direct billing arrangement with the hospital’s Emergency Room. And we even transport blood and other key medical supplies around the city on behalf of hospital clients, as well as important documents for corporate clients.
